Donor Egg Bank USA is a frozen donor egg program developed through the collaboration of more than 150 of the country’s top reproductive specialists and available at more than 95 locations throughout the United States and Canada. Donor Egg Bank USA offers frozen donor egg fertility options to couples nationally and across the globe.

Challenge:
After opening their doors for business, Donor Egg Bank USA was unknown to the public. As a niche fertility business largely unheard of by fertility patients as a treatment option, they needed to educate their potential customers and build awareness of the brand. In order to be available as an option everywhere for patients, they also needed to grow their network of partner fertility practices.

Solution:
After developing strategic key messaging and a press kit, we created an extensive national press campaign introducing frozen donor eggs as a new and affordable option to help patients achieve parenthood. Press outreach targeted medical writers at daily newspapers and news websites as well as bloggers and writers in the women’s health, infertility and parenting realm.

Results:
The press campaign garnered 12.8 million media impressions. Media outreach secured coverage on Parenting.com, The Oklahoman, ObGynNews.com, Fertility Authority and the front page of the Baltimore Sun, which syndicated stories to 14 additional community and daily newspapers. The strong PR launch made Donor Egg Bank USA stand out as a savvy market leader, attracting new patient inquiries as well as interest from potential partner practices.

Donor Egg Bank USA was so pleased with the launch they hired Gina to do additional local market PR campaigns with partner fertility practices in Chicago, San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, Boston, Phoenix, Miami, San Antonio and Austin.
